Take Matzos out of the box and place them in any deep dish. I have placed mine in a deep salad bowl.
Begin breaking the Matzos into small pieces. I prefer my pieces a little bigger but you can make them as small as you like.

Heat up medium to large pan adds oil, when warm enough place contents of your bowl into the pan. Try spread and press lightly. Cook for until bottom is nice and crispy about 5-7 mins.
There is no easy way to do this, so please do not burn yourself! Place babkah onto a plate; add more oil to the pan and proceed to cook it on the other side. Cook until both sides are evenly cooked and crispy; about 5-7 mins.
